RETURN POLICY


What is your return Policy?

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Beauty Products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Bikinis and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the items in its original packaging.
Cover your address label with the beachlife official label
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the post office as you will need it.


How Can I track the status of my return?

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.


Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your items to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
